  • Have It Diagnosed: The Dell agent or technician may need to remotely access your computer to diagnose the problem and propose possible solutions for it. If left unresolved, they’ll recommend a trip to an authorized service center.

  • Bring the Unit: Take the product in for comprehensive computer services. Sometimes, they can fix the issue, but if it requires parts to be replaced, you may have to wait longer for its repair.
