Lead our compassionate and caring team of nursing staff!  La Crosse County Long Term Care, Hillview Campus has an opportunity for a Director of Nursing to lead a great team of nursing staff in carrying out our mission to create and sustain services delivered in a compassionate manner that respects the unique needs and lifestyles of those in our community. 

The right person for this role will be a strong leader who will guide a resident-dedicated team of nursing managers to maintain person-centered care while achieving long range sustainability of the organization.  This is a full-time, salaried position.

Starting salary depends on qualifications: $83,054 -$93,392
