3. Volatile Materials

Any material that can create gas, explode, corrode, or harm anyone in the vicinity is prohibited. These substances include gasoline, propane, motor oil, fertilizers, aerosol cans, fireworks, radioactive materials, weed killers, and toxic or biological waste. Items that store these materials, such as propane tanks and lawnmowers, are also restricted.

4. Illegal Items

Stolen or other illegal items are not allowed in storage facilities. If prohibited items are with legal ones, and you break your contract, you could lose all items in the unit.

5. Disabled Vehicles

Most storage units do allow vehicles, but they must be licensed and have current tags. Storage units do not allow tenants to work on their cars because of liability concerns.
