Halloween is a festive occasion for many families throughout Jacksonville, AR. To ensure youngsters can get plenty of sugary sweets in a safe environment, the Jacksonville Parks & Recreation Department is hosting Trunk or Treat at Dupree Park on October 31. For a better idea of what to expect when you get to the park, here are few fun activities to do at the event. 

Trunk or Treat
October 31, 2019, 5:30 p.m.–8 p.m. 

Jacksonville-Arkansas-parkThe parking lot at Dupree Park will be bustling with activity on Halloween. Area families are invited to park their cars and open the trunks to hand out a mouthwatering selection of candies. You can also bring goodies to distribute. The festivities will include music and the chance to play games, get the heart pumping in bounce houses, and offer tours of the park on hayrides. Make sure to dress up, as you could win the costume contest. There will also be a trunk contest to judge which cars have the best decorations. There may be a small fee for some activities.
