Have you noticed how many times you call a business only to spend the next five to ten minutes trying to get through the phone computer system to actually talk to someone?  It is frustrating, a waste of time, and usually met with someone on the other end who passes you off to another person as soon as possible. 

At Moore Pawn we do answer our phone with a live person all the time.  Yes, there are times that we do it better than others, but we try to be there to answer all questions without having you go through the phone computer anger management class on frustration.  I know from personal experience that we can always do a better job in our business and this is one way we feel that we can help our customers on a daily basis. 

If you have questions about your loan or about an item we might have in inventory please pick up the phone and give us a call.  We just had a person call us about her Payday Advance asking us to hold the check for a day so she could get in to the store and pay it off.  Seems like a little request but it could be the thing that saves her several overdraft fees at $35-40 each.  That could be the difference in making the bills or not!  We Care.  We will answer the phone with a real person.
