When you begin your semi-private personal training program, you will receive an assessment of functional movement screenings, which will help trainers develop a customized fitness plan for your body and needs. From weight loss to strength building, all workouts are designed to suit your vision.
- What will these sessions look like? Each semi-private personal training session will be 45 minutes in length, and you will have four other comrades with you.
