Meeting the love of your life isn’t always convenient, and sometimes, it may be necessary to plan a quick, no-fuss wedding. However, when you still want everything to be streamlined and beautiful, there are certain tasks you should never forget. Here are a few tasks to add to your to-do list during the wedding planning process.

How Do You Plan a Quick Wedding?

1. Notify Family & Close Friends

You can eliminate a lot from an event, but when it comes to wedding planning, feelings last forever. Don’t forget to go through your list of contacts and notify close family members and friends to give them the heads up about your event, even if you aren’t having a formal wedding. By letting them know ahead of time, you can help them feel included and give them quick information about events to follow.

2. Plan a Getaway

Make travel plans that fit within your budget and allowable timeline, and think about working with a travel agent to ensure all of your bases are covered. Speak with an agent about your wedding planning, and make sure any traveling dates align with your other plans.

3. Register for Gifts

Whether you need gifts or not, the people you love will be excited to contribute to your new union. Register for gifts, so you and your soon-to-be spouse can receive products you need. If you have a lot of family or friends who live out of town, consider registering on a nationally recognized gift registry, such as Amazon.
