1. Improve Flexibility

Flexibility enhances athletic performance and decreases the likelihood of injuries. In a classical ballet class, repetitive exercises that target the arms, legs, and feet stretch muscles and improve range of motion, which will help players bend, twist, kick, and throw with ease. 

2. Increase Body Awareness

Ballet exercises also strengthen core, calf, ankle, and feet muscles. For football, basketball, soccer, tennis, and other players who have to make quick turns and sharp pivots, this will give them more control with every step and make falls less likely.
