In their ongoing effort to expand Parkinson’s care, the Connecticut Advocates for Parkinson’s (CAP) will be hosting their fourth biennial gala. Excess funds will go toward growing the new Parkinson’s Center of Connecticut. 2019 CAP Gala Fundraiser for the New Parkinson’s Care Center

Saturday, October 5th, 6:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

The 2019 CAP Gala will be hosted at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT. With your $100 ticket purchase, you’ll gain entry to this festive event complete with dinner, dancing, live music, a cash bar, and a silent auction.

Parkinson's careIn addition to providing a fun and festive experience, the CAP Gala will strive to raise $100,000 or more to support the Parkinson’s Center of Connecticut, which is located in Windsor, CT. This new center provides many essential educational, exercise, and caregiving resources to improve the lives of people with Parkinson’s disease. Designed to create a supportive community, this establishment also aims to give individuals affected by the disease a space to share their journeys and build relationships with their peers.

The center is also home to a clinical advisory community that will help inform the medical community about these amazing services.
