Losing weight requires constant attention to detail with calories and good nutrition. What to Look for on a Frozen Meal Label:

Sodium: Some frozen meals are high in sodium, which is used as a preservative. Look for meals under 500 mg of sodium if possible.  

Fiber: Look for at least 5 grams of fiber. This will keep you full longer and help with regularity. If the meal is lacking in fiber you can also add a piece of fruit for additional grams.

Protein: Some meals can be skimpy on the protein. Look for those containing at least 14 grams to curb hunger during the day.
