The app is free and available for both kids and adults, so you can even learn along with your child over the summer.

2. YouTube Kids®

If your kids love watching online videos, you might as well include some educational content. YouTube Kids is a curated app that focuses on educational content on a variety of subjects, from songs about history to full episodes of their favorite shows. It also has easy-to-use parental controls and navigation features.

3. Quick Maths®

4. Spelling Stage®

If you want to cultivate a fascination with science in your child, download Science360. This tablet app from the National Science Foundation showcases videos, images, and articles about a wide array of science and engineering topics. Users can even save their favorite photos and videos to view again later.
