Thank you for being a valued customer of Menehune Water. Hurricane Season is upon us, June 1 to November 30, 2019.

In the past, Menehune Water has experienced a high demand for water during the warnings of an approaching Hurricane in Hawai’i. Although we are the largest bottled water delivery company in the islands, providing as much notice as possible to increase your delivery to include your Hurricane Supply assures you will receive your water delivery before a Hurricane arrives.

Due to high water demands for in these times of need, FEMA recommends that you have at least one gallon of drinking water per person, per day for 2 weeks. We will always try our very best  to accommodate your needs. However, our fleet trucks can only carry so many bottles at once. Planning ahead will give you that peace of mind that your family has an emergency supply kit in place. 

Please let us know if you would like to increase a few deliveries to 1-2 extra bottles until you reach your desired amount of bottles to set aside for your Hurricane kit. Menehune Water business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our WILL CALL window is open to the public for walk-in customers.

During a Hurricane Warning, our office will be open during normal business hours to assist the community in preparation for a disaster. If you prefer to walk-in during a warning, we do anticipate heavy traffic at WILL CALL, on the phone lines and emails. We appreciate your patience and ask that you please take action and prepare in advance to ensure you receive your water supply.
