Gary Gulman Announces Fall Tour Dates, Manhattan, New York

On Saturday, Stand Up NY favorite Gary Gulman announced via his website that he will be extending his wildly successful “It’s About Time” tour with a bevy of dates set to resume this fall. Long recognized by fans and fellow comedians as one of the smartest and most consistent voices in the industry, the Massachusetts-bred Gulman appears set to finally achieve some well-deserved national notoriety. Coming off the undeniable success of his 2012 Comedy Central special “In This Economy?” (which is now available on Netflix), he has been making the rounds on late night talk shows, most recently on Conan on June 2nd. Gulman has a number of television credits that include appearances on Inside Amy Schumer, The Pete Holmes Show and as host of NESN’s Comedy All-Stars.

The first leg of the tour coincided with Gulman’s 20-year anniversary in stand up, and featured the ceaselessly observational comedian performing to sold out theaters throughout the country. The success of the shows led to the extended tour, which will start up again this October in Bloomington, Indiana. Now a New Yorker, he will bring the tour to his adopted home twice: first on October 9th and 10th in Bohemia and Bellmore, and again from November 5th-7th in Albany. An assuredly special date for Gary will be October 16th, when the tour will stop in his hometown of Boston, Massachusetts at The Wilbur Theatre. We at Stand Up NY wish Gary the best of luck, and encourage you all to show your support!
