When it comes to working out, most of us claim to do the best we can with our busy schedules. The problem with this is that we often don’t workout enough. The reason for this is in “finding the time” vs “making the time”. When we are “finding the time” our workouts can easily get put lower on our list of priorities.  However, when we “make the time” by scheduling our workouts, we tell ourselves and others that we are the priority and we are not going to do anything else in its place. By scheduling the things that are important to us, it let’s us be the boss and take control of what if important to us.
