Staring at a computer screen for the majority of the day may result in eye strain or fatigue, which can impact your vision and concentration. Fortunately, in most cases, you only need to use these eye care tips to resolve it.

3 Eye Care Tips to Use at the Office

1. Use the Right Lighting

The wrong lighting can cause you to squint and struggle to read text, resulting in eye strain and headaches. Cover the windows to reduce glare on your screen. Eliminate harsh ambient lighting with lower intensity bulbs or by installing a dimmer switch. Using overhead fluorescent lights may also be helpful.

2. Take Breaks

3. Adjust Computer Settings

Standard monitor settings aren’t always designed for maximum comfort. Start by reducing the brightness of your display. If white webpages look too intense, lower the brightness. Many applications have a darker color setting option. You can also increase text size and contrast for better reading clarity.
