The IRS issued a Tax Advisory today recommending that taxpayers who discovered that they did not withhold enough in their paychecks, finding they needed to pay more than they expected,  consider changing their withholding amount for 2019. Conversely, those who will receive a refund larger than the $2700 average may choose to lower their paycheck withholding. We share this advice in today’s blog.
