Great news, RobinBrooke Storage tenants!  The entry gate will be operational on May 1^st.   

Until the gate control system is hooked up to our computer system, all tenants will use the entry code 1234.  Once the two systems are linked, each tenant will have their own personal four digit code.  We are considering using the last four digits of each tenant’s Social Security Number, but for those who would prefer not to use those digits, you can tell us which four digit code number you want to use and we will enter it into the system. 

Effective May 1^st, when coming to the facility, pull up to the call box in front of the gate on the left side of the drive, and punch in 1234.  The gate will raise, and you will have 30 seconds to get through before the gate closes again.  There is a sensor on the bottom of the gate so that if it should hit something on the way down, it will automatically raise.  You will not be able to exit through the entry gate.  You will have to drive around to the exit gate where the fence is located. 

The exit gate is working now.  It stays closed but has a ground loop system that when you drive up to the gate from the inside of the facility, the gate will roll back and you have thirty seconds to drive through.  It also has a sensor on the edge of the gate so that if it should hit something while closing, it will automatically roll back.
