If you or someone you love has Parkinson’s disease, head to the Fourth Annual Southern New England Parkinson’s Symposium & Expo this June. At this all-day event, participants will get to talk to medical experts about the latest advancements in Parkinson’s treatment. More than 30 exhibitors will attend to discuss everything from wellness programs and clinical trials to cutting-edge research and promising new treatments.

The primary purpose of this annual symposium is to help both people with Parkinson’s disease and their loved ones develop a better understanding of the condition. It also strives to instill hope by expanding upon the most recent findings in relevant research circles. 

The event will be hosted by the Hilton Garden Inn at 1181 Barnes Road, Wallingford, CT. It will kick off with a talk on how the condition is currently managed, followed by a discussion on the latest in stem cell research. Other topics that will be covered include neuropsychiatry and medical marijuana. Coffee, pastries, and lunch are included, and the day will end with a question and answer session during which all attendees can participate.
