Often, it’s the people behind the scenes who make the difference between success or utter disaster of an event, whether it’s a gala, rocket launch, building repair, or you name it. Here are Olivia Ryan and Bonnie Kwon, two of those people behind the success of the CHICoach 2019 Hudson Learning Conference in Santa Barbara. The conference included keynote addresses by Peter Hawkins, Mary Frances Winters, Wendy Palmer and our own Pam McLean!  It was a great learning experience.
