As a consumer you probably would not know this unless you have already been burned by one of these companies. there are many garage door companies claiming to be local but are not. Some may call themselves Neighborhood, or a Family door company. most of these use multiple names and do not have a office or local address for you to visit. We publish our office address everytime so you can verify with the BBB, county licensing and google. If you have any issue or complication with the work performed once they are paid you have no way to make them honor the warranty. you should read my previous post on Warranty limitations as posted by the Denver post.
