Due to the possibility of canine influenza in our area, we are taking precautions to help prevent it from entering our facility. Please be aware when you call our hospital you will be asked about your pet’s recent history including boarding, day care, grooming, visits to dog parks or contact with other dogs outside your home. You will also be asked if your pet has any signs of influenza, even when you call for routine visits. We appreciate your patience.

If your pet is exhibiting any signs of illness, it is important for us to know before your pet comes in the hospital. This will help us plan for your visit so we can provide the quality care you deserve, while we protect our other patients as well. So when you arrive, the best option is to call us from your car to let us know you’ve arrived. You may also leave your pet in the car briefly and come in to let us know you are here, then go back outside and wait with your pet.
