Many people dream of pursuing higher education but find it challenging to come up with all the funds necessary to cover the substantial cost of obtaining a post-secondary degree. This is why Crandall & Katt, Attorneys at Law are excited to offer one local high school senior the opportunity to get a step closer to achieving their college goals. Here are the details needed to enter this scholarship program.

Roanoke Attorneys Support High School Seniors in Their Pursuit of a Higher Education

Who Is Eligible? 

The scholarship is available to high school seniors who plan on enrolling in a college, community college, university, or trade school for the Fall 2019 semester. Students must be a current Virginia resident, living in a local community that lies within the parameters south of I-64 and west of Route 29. 

Application Guidelines 

attorneyStudents can enter for a chance to win the scholarship by submitting a completely original, 300-word essay answering the question, “What will the legal future hold for driverless cars that are involved in accidents?” Applications should also include the student’s first and last name, home address, phone number, email address, and parents’ contact information. 

Prize Details  

The attorneys will award one student a $500 scholarship to help offset the cost of college. Submissions are currently being accepted until May 17, 2019, and the winner will be announced June 14, 2019. Entries can be made on the firm’s website or by emailing CrandallandKattLaw@gmail.com.
