Here are some simple lifestyle strategies to manage these symptoms:

1.) Increase physical activity to at least 30 minutes a day.(a brisk walk)

2.) Reduce your weight to a BMI of less than 25.

3.)Reduce alcohol intake to no more than one drink per day.(additional symptoms may be seen when drinking red wine because of the increase in sulfites.)

4.) Stop Smoking

5.) Increase intake of calcium to 1200mg per day.

6.) Optimize your vitamin D level to 1000 IU per day.

7.) Lower the temperature in your home at night .(optimal 66 F)

8.) Wear clothing that can be removed in layers.
