Scammers are still at it. Calling JMEC customers with “spoofed” call number that show our name threatening that they will be disconnected if they do not pay immediately by pre-paid credit cards or with them on the phone. This is a SCAM. JMEC  does not make outbound phone calls for collections.  Hang up right away. By calling in to our number you will be sure to reach our employees or our automated system. 

JMEC secure payment options are calling 1-888-755-2105, our automated payment phone line at 1-855-479-3686, paying online at www.jemezcoop.org, smart phone app, mail in payments or come into our office from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please be careful and do not give out any credit card information over the phone unless you are calling our office.
