We at Comaltex Insurance wanted to share with you something that is happening in our City and hope that you stay informed and participate in the discussion.

The City of New Braunfels, in collaboration with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, will be hosting an informative workshop regarding urban wildlife and local wildlife management initiatives.  The workshop will be open to the general public and will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13th at New Braunfels City Hall, located at 550 Landa Street in New Braunfels.

This workshop will focus on providing information to residents on the negative impacts associated with wildlife feeding and overabundant urban wildlife.  City staff will provide information regarding the ordinance passed by City Council in September 2018 prohibiting the feeding of wildlife within the New Braunfels city limits.  The wildlife feeding ordinance will go into effect in March 2019.  For more information regarding the workshop or the wildlife feeding ordinance, please contact Mark Enders at 830-221-4639 or at menders@nbtexas.org.
