If you have free space, build a gym for your child. By having their own equipment, your child can practice their skills at their own pace. Low-sugar Greek yogurt, nuts, peanut butter, fresh fruit, and tuna are all powerful fuels for growing athletes. Make sure they’re drinking plenty of water. Learning how food affects training is also a skill they’ll keep for their lifetime.
