Low-temperature machines, on the other hand, require the use of chemical sanitizing agents, rather than a hood. 2. Capacity

How much demand does your facility have for a dishwasher? Smaller cafes can sometimes get by with a residential-sized, under-the-counter dishwasher. Large restaurants and cafeterias may need a conveyor dishwasher, which can clean several hundred racks of dishes in a single day.
