“Tis the Season”……..”Flu Season”.  

It’s here, there and everywhere.  We need our students and staff to be vigilant and follow the Center for Disease Control’s recommendations for early prevention:

1.  Get Vaccinated
2.  Stop the Spread

• Avoid contact with sick people
• If sick, limit your contact with others
• If you have a fever, stay at home for at least 24 hours after it is gone and have stopped fever reducing medication
• Cover your nose and mouth with tissue when you sneeze or cough, and properly dispose of your tissues
• Wash your hands often with soap and water, or use an alcohol-based hand rub
