Craft Beer and Food pair together incredibly well and we want to kick off our series of culinary explorations with the greatest of all pairings….Beer and Pizza. 

After reading Garret Oliver’s “The Brewmaster’s Table” we became inspired by the amazing connection of food and beer. This prompted the idea that we can fuse together this adult tradition and have an amazing experience people will surely enjoy. 

Our Adult Pizza Party, Craft Brewery Tasting Tour with Pizza Pairings is launching and we are excited to take you out to some excellent local craft breweries who also happen to have Pizza Kitchens in them or next to them. 

We will visit Taft’s Brewporium for their delicious “New Haven” style pizza paired with award winning beers. MadTree and Catch-A-Fire Pizza make the list with some award winning brews and an eclectic pizza selection. Braxton Brewing rounds it out with Alto Pizza right next door pairing up delicious specialty and award winning brews with the Italian Pizza Kitchen. 

We will run these tours on Sunday afternoons, Wednesday and Thursday nights as well to get started.
