Ward Village, located on the east end of Kaka’ako, is undergoing a vibrant development boom spearheaded by the landholder Howard Hughes Corp. The master plan of Ward Village is complete with sprawling pedestrian walkways, small retailers, and new condo developments. The addition of the HART (Hawaii Rail Transit) will also be conveniently located just a block away behind the building near Ke Kilohana off Ward Ave. This will allow residents easy access east to Ala Moana Shopping Center or west to Downtown Honolulu and beyond. 

The newest development approval for Howard Hughes is Ko’ula. This 570 unit 41 story residential condo tower will feature all of the creature comforts as it’s sister towers A’eo, Waiea & Anaha and will be constructed to the Ewa side of the Ward Entertainment Center.
