The team from the High Point and Greensboro offices of Sharrard, McGee & Co., PA volunteered their time and energy during the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants’ (NCACPA) Day of Service at Victory Junction, a camp for children with serious medical conditions in Randleman, NC. The team helped with landscaping, organizing files to shred, and taking inventories of camp supplies, all in support of the camp founded in honor of Adam Petty by the Petty family.

The CPA Day of Service was established by the NCACPA seven years ago to highlight that CPAs are a vital part of both the financial and social fabric of North Carolina’s communities. “SMC’s involvement in the CPA Day of Service supports our firm’s 42-year commitment of giving back to our community in meaningful ways,” said Alan Scheppmann, Director.
