Provident Village at Creekside, a premier senior living community in the Atlanta metro area is searching for a passionate leader to coordinate overall resident care operations. 

The Wellness Director will plan, organize, develop, and implement the resident care program, provide direct resident care, supervise resident care staff, and collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure that the highest quality of care is maintained at all times. Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required.
2. Bachelor's Degree in nursing management and administration, geriatric nursing and rehabilitation, or related field preferred.
3. Current unencumbered license by the State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
4. 3+ years’ experience in assisted living or long-term care with a minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience.
5. Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
6. Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
7. Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to cooperate and work with others.
8. Knowledge and understanding of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices, terminology, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing assisted living and long-term care.
9. Demonstrated enthusiasm, patience, integrity, and positive attitude toward the elderly.
10. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.  Fluency in other languages is helpful.
