1. Chicken, Broccoli, & Pineapple Stir-Fry

Mix ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk with 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in a bowl. Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with ½ cup of wheat flour, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon in another bowl. Make your cake mixture by creaming two egg whites, one banana, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Add the almond milk and flours as you go. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for about 45 minutes.

3. Island Kabobs With Tropical Fruit Salsa

Enjoy this recipe at barbecues! Cut two bananas into 12 pieces and thread them three at a time onto four skewers. Cut one large green or red bell pepper into eight pieces and a pineapple into 12 chunks before shelling 16 shrimp. Add these ingredients to the skewers.

Combine 2 tablespoons of lime juice, ½ teaspoon of ground allspice, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl, then brush 2 tablespoons of the mixture over your kabobs. Mince one green onion, two to three jalapeño peppers, and dice one mango; combine with the remaining mixture and 1 tablespoon chopped mint to create your salsa.
