After an exhaustive search, Provident Village at Creekside is proud to announce that Patricia Eleby has been selected as the new Executive Director.

Patricia has over 25 years’ experience in senior housing management, including positions in assisted living, nursing homes, and home health agencies.  She has over 12 years’ experience managing assisted living and memory care communities.

She has a successful track record in developing and leading teams, and creating outstanding programs for residents, as well as marketing and community relations.

“Although she is an experienced and dedicated senior housing professional, her most important quality is her passion for serving older adults and their families”, says Catherine Scott, SVP of Senior Living for Provident Resources Group.

Pat is originally from New Jersey but relocated to Georgia two years ago to be nearer her family.  She is also an advocate, motivational speaker, and educator.
