If you’re a hunter in Alaska, you’re probably eager to get back out in the wild now that it’s August. However, while many already have the gear they plan to use, they may not have the right trailer to haul it. Thankfully, Anchorage Suzuki®/Arctic Cat® has a recommendation. For more than 35 years, this motorsport equipment supplier has been a proud dealer of some of the best brands in the industry, such as Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Husqvarna®, and Textron®, but when it comes to trailers, they recommend Jumping Jack®.

Versatility

Jumping Jack trailers stand out because they can be used as both a trailer and a tent. This makes them perfect for all types of hunters, whether they deal with big-game or waterfowl. You will have space for all your gear, and it will make setting up camp a breeze.

Trailer

suzukiJumping Jack offers five different models, all of which can carry at least one ATV, or something of a comparable size. The upper deck of the smallest model, the 4x6 Utility Pod, is 58 inches wide and 80 inches long, while the largest model, the Jumbo 6x17 Utility, is 76 inches wide and 214 inches long. This is enough for four ATVs. However, if you don’t drive ATVs, you can also use them for side-by-side vehicles, canoes, kayaks, or anything else you need during your trip.

Tent

As for the tents, the smallest can house two people, while the larger one can comfortably accommodate four to eight people. So, if you have a large hunting group, you don’t have to leave anyone behind when you camp out. The tents are also quick and easy to set up; Jumping Jack says it only takes about five minutes on average.

Other Uses

When hunting season ends, don’t put your Jumping Jack trailer away just yet. Four of the models have utility walls that can easily be raised and secured. Once you remove the tent bed, there are so many more possibilities. Known as “Utility Mode,” this allows the trailer to be used for tasks like transporting smaller machines or moving lumber and landscaping materials.
