St. Paul, Minnesota – Marsden Services LLC has announced the promotion of Peter Cain to Chief Operating Officer of the Northwest Division. Mr. Cain’s primary responsibility will be overseeing Marsden’s ongoing operations and strategic initiatives throughout Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Wyoming.

Mr. Cain first joined Marsden in 2006 as the Eastern Washington Regional Director of National Maintenance Contractors, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marsden Holding. Mr. Cain was later promoted to the Vice President of National Maintenance Contractors, and for the past 18 months has been serving as the Vice President and General Manager of Tier One Property Services, a joint venture between the Woodley Family Trust and Marsden Holding.

Mr. Cain brings over 30 years of experience in the facility services industry. He is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE).
