Patriot Golf Day Outing - Benefiting the Folds of Honor

Date: September 3 Time: 1 pm Shotgun

Format: 4 person scramble (Limited to the first 34 Teams base on the time stamp of the online registration form)

Price: $75 per person $300 per Team

Includes: Golf, Prizes, Lunch buffet before round 12 pm, 2 raffle tickets per
person and donation of $30 per player to the Folds of Honor

Donations: All donations made on the day of play, the player will receive one ticket per dollar donated. Drawing will take place at the end of the outing.
