What Event Rooms Are Available?

The venue features two well-appointed banquet rooms. The Lincoln Room has a private restroom and bar for guests’ convenience, as well as a coat room to safely store belongings. Whether you plan to host a wedding reception or corporate event, everyone will be able to hear music and announcements from the DJ booth. They’ll also have room to mingle, network, or dance the night away on the expansive dance floor. The Havelock Room comes equipped with a private restroom, coat room, and kitchen for the event catering team to prepare food. 

How Many Guests Can the Rooms Accommodate?

banquet roomIf you are planning a large event, the Lincoln Room offers more space to spread out. Able to accommodate 400 guests comfortably, it is the larger of the two spaces. Consider booking the option for a seated dinner with multiple tables, as everyone will have room to safely and comfortably navigate the floor and food stations. The Havelock Room holds 250 people and is best for smaller events, such as cocktail parties or small-scale seated dinners. 

What Are the Terms for Reserving a Space?

When booking the space, a $750 non-refundable deposit is required. The money will go towards the rental price and repairing any potential damages. All final rental payments for either banquet room are due 14 days before the event. No outside beverages of any kind are allowed on the premises, as setup, cleanup, cash bar, and bartenders are included in the rental price. 

Are There Any Policies Regarding Decorations?

Although the banquet hall venue wants you to create a memorable event, there are rules in place to protect the structural and architectural details of the rooms. No decorations can be taped or stapled to surfaces. Sand-filled decor is also prohibited, as are pop-out streamers that shoot paper, ribbons, confetti, or glitter. To prevent any fires, flares and fireworks are not allowed and candles must be enclosed.
