The new location will serve the community and agents in and around Elk River, Minnesota. When asked if Elk River needed another real estate company, D’Angelo’s response was simply, “No, they don’t need another real estate company, they need a better one.” D’Angelo went on to say that consumers often believe that ‘bigger is better’ when choosing a real estate firm; however he believes that instead ‘better is better’ when it comes to serving both clients who are looking to buy a house and agents. “We work co-operatively with all participating firms as they work co-operatively with us. D’Angelo was asked why he is launching another office in Elk River when he already has a very successful office in Coon Rapids just fifteen miles away. “We have attracted some very good real estate professionals who live, work and who are active in and around the communities associated with the Elk River triangle at Highways 10 and 169, namely, Sara McConnell (new Managing Partner for the Elk River location), Stephanie Beckstrand, Christine Rocheford, Rachel Fredrickson and Jeremy Roseth from Regal Custom Homes who all live and work in the area.” D’Angelo saw a need for a physical presence in Elk River to better serve that community.
