For years, The Lincolnshire Club has been the trusted authority on tennis training and instruction in Lake County, IL. But fitness expands beyond tennis matches and drills—that’s why they are rebranding as LifeSport Athletic Club, a diverse new approach to a total fitness lifestyle. They’ll still be offering the same superb tennis instruction, but now residents can also explore functional exercise, weight lifting, yoga classes, and more.

Now Offering New Exercise Classes

Because they're dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals, the new LifeSport Athletic Club has created some exciting new features for their facility. Here’s what you can find at the new LifeSport Athletic Club:

  • Functional Training Classes
  • Weight Training
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Tennis for all ages and levels

In addition to offering new classes, LifeSport Athletic Club is also unveiling a newly remodeled fitness center and core room. The fitness center is a large, open space for free weights, while the core room has specialty machinery designed to safely isolate the abdominal and spinal muscles. The innovative, patented restraint system allows individuals to strengthen, stretch, and decompress specific areas without relying on nearby muscles the way they would with traditional machinery.

To celebrate their new branding, LifeSport Athletic Club is offering a Free guest workout July 19 through Aug. 1.
