The market in the Mission Valley has really heated up in the last month or so. We are seeing real estate listings go under contract very quickly.  I say this with the understanding that pricing is everything.  If you are overpriced it doesn’t matter what the market is.  Well priced, well maintained properties are moving out the door.  We are even seeing some bare land moving but pricing remains lower than it should be.
