Repeat with the opposite leg, and use a support if you need help keeping your balance. Next, stand with your legs straight or slightly bent and reach toward your toes to stretch your hamstrings; try not to bounce. Finally, take a few slow swings with your club to loosen up. Warming up will help you avoid sports injuries and keep you limber, which might also boost your performance.
