People v. Anonymous (Ogden Tn. Ct., 6/18)

Mr. Corletta cleared an outstanding Warrant for a veteran who had completed substance abuse treatment in People v. Anonymous (Ogden Tn. Ct., 6/18).

The veteran came to Mr. Corletta, stating they completed substance abuse treatment caused by PTSD from military service. There were 2 outstanding warrants well over a year old in 2 local jurisdictions, lodged for cases while the veteran was undergoing treatment.

Acting quickly, Mr. Corletta cleared the Warrant, and in a single Court appearance, demonstrated to the Court that his client had completed multiple substance abuse treatment programs, resulting in an ACD.

This both resolved the Warrant and the case, alleviating a great deal of unnecessary stress for this veteran, and completely clearing up any worry caused by this 2 year-old Warrant.
