What more can I say... The Doctor and his staff are simply wonderful. The patience, kindness, and warmth thatthey display is very refreshing especially when you are not feeling your best. If there were 6 stars I would give another.

I had a really great experience today at the Urgent Care facility run by Dr. Laxmikant Bhoiwala in East Greenbush. Having been in numerous urgent care facilities in the past this is not usually the case. And having never been to this one clinic before today as well as being a walk-in off the street I was treated as if I had been a long term patient of theirs. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the doctor's very kind and friendly wife at the front desk who, after having me fill in some paperwork, made sure I was next in line to be seen. I waited less than 5 minutes before being seen by the doctor, who was not only astute and very professional in his manner but equally as friendly as the rest of the staff in his clinic (A good bedside manner goes a long way in this day and age, and Dr Bhoiwala's was impeccable.). I was diagnosed quickly and accurately and left feeling better than when I walked in. Theirs is a practice that obviously cares highly about their patients, and it shows in the many 5 star reviews to be found on these pages. I feel fortunate to have, by chance, found this wonderful clinic and look forward to my next visit!
