How Early Should You Show Up for Your Appointment?

dental examsIn order to keep patient waiting times short, it’s helpful to show up before your actual appointment time. Returning patients are asked to arrive ten minutes early, while first-time visitors should come 30 minutes before their scheduled time.

Which Payment Options Are Available?

Cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are all accepted. Financing is also possible via CareCredit.

Which Insurance Carriers Are Accepted?

Who Should You Call In Case of an Emergency?

You can call the dental clinic at any time—even outside of regular business hours. If there is nobody in the office, you will be redirected to a recording, which will include details on where to turn in case of an emergency.

What If You Need to Cancel an Appointment?

If you are unable to keep your appointment, you are asked to inform the dental clinic at least 48 hours in advance. You can reschedule your dental exam for a later date.
