Described as America’s greatest inventor, Thomas Edison is known for many inventions, but most notably we thank him for bringing us the electric light bulb. He was a brilliant inventor and a thinker, way ahead of his time. The world is finally starting to catch up to some of his ideas.

“The doctor of the future will give no medicine but interest his patients in the care of human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

We finally reached the tipping point where we are realizing that a paradigm shift needs to happen because of the danger in treating disease and other symptoms with pharmaceuticals that have potential side effects that are more severe than the disease being treated!

Look at the opioid crisis as a clear example, but there are many more. Children and young adults being treated with antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds that potentially turn them into killers or makes them suicidal. This was rare prior to when “modern medications” came on the market. Every perpetrator in school shootings and other crazy mass murders have been on prescribed psych meds. That is a fact that is being hidden by the media. Why? Because it’s a multi-billion-dollar business!

Another best seller is cholesterol lowering drugs, which has only been shown to have any effect at all, in heart disease prevention, in patients who have already experienced a heart attack. Heart disease is caused by inflammation in the vessels and not slightly increased cholesterol levels! That research is also kept from the public. What is also not revealed is the strong correlation between dementia and statin medication. Your brain can not function without cholesterol for fuel. Cholesterol is also the precursor to all sex hormones. Lowering cholesterol levels ensure huge sales of Cialis, Viagra and “Low T” drugs!

The time has finally arrived for Thomas Edison’s ideas and intelligent people are realizing that health doesn’t come in a pill. Taking care of the frame of your body with exercise, regular chiropractic care, eating a healthy organic diet, taking vitamins and living a healthy life, will allow the body to function the way it was intended to: in a healthy, vibrant and pain free state!

Finally, 100 years later, are we ready to listen to Thomas Edison?
