Sneak Preview Open House, Meet the Designer of 3520 Meadow Lane, Minneapolis, Minnesota

3520 Meadow Lane is almost ready! The crew is working feverishly installing the hood over the range, adding hardware, touching up painting, cleaning up. We’re holding a sneak preview open house this Sunday, June 17, 2-4PM to "Meet theimage Designer", Amber Smith of Chief Concepts LLC.

When you walk into a new construction home, you’ll fall in love with the kitchen, the open layout, and gorgeous bathrooms. You are buying so much more.  New homes are 40% moreenergy efficient than even a home built in 2006.  Homes are smarter, and tailored to how we live now. But, if you have no idea what goes into a home, you can’t appreciate what makes it so special.

Amber has lots of experience helping her husband Kevin Johnson, the Chief in Chief Concepts work on remodels and new builds. They constantly search for design elements and how to make a home your dream. She’ll tell you everything that went into the home, explain what went where and why.  If you’d like a private consultation, we can set it up as well.

So, come on over! Sun. 2-4PM, Lemonade and cookies.
