1. Land Surveying

3. Foundation & Framing 

After you’ve finalized your floor plan and had the property staked, the heavy construction will begin. The cement foundation will be poured and reinforced with steel rods called rebar, providing a durable surface for your home to stand on. 4. Insulation

Once the walls are up, they’ll need to be insulated to make your home more energy-efficient. 5.  Drywall
