On June 4th, Lacy Katzen held its 3rd annual cook-off. Participants entered a dish into one of three categories: appetizers, main dishes, or desserts.  A  prize was awarded to first and second place winners in each category.

First place winner in our appetizer category was Barbie Ruffell with her popular Jalapeno Popper Dip; Tracy Mastrangiola and Bill Rice tied for second place. Tracy prepared a delicious Hoagie Dip and Bill entered his winning Spring Rolls.

Our main dish first prize winner was attorney Collin Doane with his homemade Polpettone with red sauce; coming in second was Susan Naccarella with a tasty Broccoli Salad.

First place in the dessert category was Adrienne Kiley's Pistachio Delight followed by second place winner attorney Matt Eaves, with an exceptional Pecan Pie made entirely from scratch.

Lacy Katzen attorneys and staff members sampled then voted for their favorite dish to determine the winners in each category.
