Repeat the drill three times, having them hold for 10 seconds each.

You can also ask your child to make “wall angels” by keeping their lower back, elbows, wrists, and forearms against the wall while moving their arms up and down. This routine encourages proper back alignment. Some other engaging ways to facilitate good posture are to refine your own stance to lead by example, purchase ergonomic furniture at home, or enroll your child in a yoga or dance class.
